Do our Limoges Boxes come in a gift box?
All our French Limoges porcelain boxes we sell are brand new, authentic Limoges porcelain boxes. They come directly from the best Limoges artists from France. We gift box , wrap them with delicate tissue paper, include a certificate of authenticity inside the gift box and ship them to you. Gift wrapping is also available with the option of a message on your gift card.
Shipping charges
While placing an order, please scroll down and choose the shipping charge that best fits your needs. UPS, Fedex and USPS have a preset order and the listing show the most expensives and rush shipping charges first and the most economic and ground shipping charges last.
We do adjust shipping charges on each orders according to the weight and size of the box.
The shipping cut-off time for all daily orders, rush or regulars is 1.30 PM every day. All orders placed after 1.30 PM will be considered as oders placed the next business day.

Do we ship overseas and to APOS
Yes, we ship all over the world including APOS and similar. We will be happy to quote the international shipping charges for your order once you let us know which items you are considering to order. If you would like us to call you, please send us an email at Thecottageshop1@gmail.com and we will be happy to call you at a specific time. We use the Unites States Postal Service in most cases but can also offer UPS International Services, Fedex International Priority or Fedex International Economy if you prefer.
International
If you're shipping to a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country's local customs office.
Exchange or Return or Claims about an item
We will accept an item back within 30 days of purchase for return or credit when received in good new condition. We will also accept any claims concerning an item within 30 days of purchased/ shipped . No claims can be issued after 30 days. Please keep the original packaging material and box and try to return it in the same way it was packed. Exchanges or Returns should be sent to:

In the case of returns, a credit will be issued to the original purchase credit card. Gift orders cannot be refunded to the gift recipient. The gift recipient will get a store credit for the item returned or will have the choice to ask for a refund to the original card used in that purchase - gift giver credit card-. Store credits can be used in future orders and have no expiration date. Shipping charges, express or regular are not refundable unless the item arrived broken.
