Return Policy

Exchange or Return or Claims about  an item 

We will accept an item back within 30 days of purchase for return or credit when received in good ,new  and salable condition. Shipping charges, regular or express are not refundable. 

We will also accept any claims concerning an item within 15 days of purchased/ shipped . No claims can be issued after 30 days.  Please keep the original packaging material and box and try to return it in the same way it was packed. Exchanges or Returns should be sent to:

In the case of returns, a credit will be issued to the original purchase credit card. Gift orders cannot be refunded to the gift recipient. The gift recipient will get a store credit for the item returned or will have the choice to ask for a refund to the original card used in that purchase - gift giver credit card-.  Store credits can be used in future orders and have no expiration date. Shipping charges, express or regular are not refundable unless the item arrived broken.

Personalized or monogrammed items have to be prepaid and cannot be refunded.
